Yoga for Kids

This 30-minute class introduces children to basic yoga concepts using many creative ways. By using themes, play, music, and art our kids will work on fine motor skills, yoga shapes, balance, breathing, positive social interactions and more. Suitable for children ages 8 to 12.

About the event
We have parking out back that the parent/guardian can wait until the class is over to pick up! We have mats available to use but if they have their own that is even better!
